Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid cohort seats and workshops invoiced by Infrastructuresynergy. Informational prices on the website are not charges until an invoice is issued and paid.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must be received in writing at least 14 calendar days before the cohort start date. Requests inside 14 days are reviewed for partial credit only.

Full refunds

You may receive a full refund if you cancel 14 or more days before start and have not accessed downloadable cohort materials beyond the public syllabus.

Partial refunds

Cancellations between 13 and 3 days before start may receive up to 50% of fees as credit toward a later cohort within twelve months. After the third day before start, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Non-refundable items

Completed private workshops, travel booked for Seosan labs, third-party exam fees (if any), and customized curriculum already delivered are non-refundable.

Process

Email contact@infrastructuresynergy.digital with your invoice number, cohort name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two Korea business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 15 Korea business days after approval.

Refund method

Refunds return to the original payment method used for the invoice when possible. Bank transfers may require matching account details for compliance checks.

Cancellation by Infrastructuresynergy

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra seat fee.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer protections under Korean law prevail where they grant stronger rights. Documented medical or force-majeure situations may be considered for goodwill credits outside the windows above.
